Sheqouth is a marketplace platform and is NOT responsible for the sale, return, exchange, or refund of any products purchased from independent sellers on this platform.

Each seller on Sheqouth operates their own independent store and is solely responsible for managing their own return and refund policies. All return and refund requests must be directed to the seller from whom the product was purchased.

How to Request a Return or Refund

If you need to return a product or request a refund:

  1. Contact the seller directly through your order page or the seller’s store on Sheqouth
  2. Reference your order number and reason for return
  3. Follow the seller’s individual return instructions
