DELIVERY PARTNER TERMS

This page outlines the requirements, responsibilities, and limitations applicable to all Delivery Partners operating on the Sheqouth marketplace. These terms are publicly accessible and form part of the platform’s legal framework.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To be approved as a Delivery Partner on Sheqouth, individuals must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Maintain valid vehicle insurance
  • Have access to a reliable vehicle in good working condition
  • Provide a valid government-issued identification document
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Successfully pass the platform’s approval and verification process before activation

Failure to meet or maintain any of the above requirements may result in suspension or termination from the platform.

2. Scope of Delivery Services

  • Delivery Partners are strictly permitted to deliver products listed on stores registered within the Sheqouth marketplace.
  • Any deliveries conducted outside of the platform are not authorized and are strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions and Limitations

Delivery Partners agree to the following restrictions:

  • Delivery Partners may not transport passengers under any circumstances while operating on behalf of marketplace deliveries.
  • Delivery Partners may not accept delivery requests outside of the Sheqouth platform.
  • Delivery Partners may not represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Sheqouth.

Delivery Partners operate as independent service providers and are solely responsible for their actions, compliance with local laws, and the condition of their vehicle and documentation.

4. Independent Contractor Status

All Delivery Partners using the Sheqouth platform act as independent contractors. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between Sheqouth and the Delivery Partner.

5. Platform Rights

Sheqouth reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject any Delivery Partner application at its sole discretion
  • Suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these terms
  • Update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice

6. Compliance

Delivery Partners are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including licensing, insurance, and transportation regulations.

By applying to or operating as a Delivery Partner on Sheqouth, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms.
