Seller Return Guidelines

While each seller sets their own policies, Sheqouth encourages all sellers to follow these recommended standards:

  • Return Window: Accept returns within 15 days of delivery
  • Eligible Reasons: Damaged products or wrong items sent
  • Return Process: Customer contacts seller’s customer service with order number and photos
  • Refund Method: Refund to original credit card within 20 to 30 business days
  • Clearance & Discounted Items: Items with 40% or more discount are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund
