2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using sheqouth.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site immediately.

3. Use of the Platform

Users agree to:

Sellers on Sheqouth are fully responsible for:

  • Their own return, refund, and exchange policies
  • Compliance with all applicable U.S. laws and regulations
  • All communications and transactions with their customers

6. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Reading each seller’s individual policies before making a purchase
  • Contacting the seller directly for any issues related to their order
  • Understanding that each store on Sheqouth operates independently

7. Buyer Responsibilities

Sellers retain full ownership of their original content, designs, and brand identity. By listing on Sheqouth, sellers grant Sheqouth a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display their content on the platform for promotional purposes only.

8. Limitation of Liability

Sheqouth shall not be held liable for:

  • The quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any products or services listed by sellers
  • Any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between buyers and sellers
  • Delays, errors, or issues in shipping or delivery handled by sellers
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

9. Changes to Terms

Sheqouth reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
